Step 1: Arrange the five bowls in a comfortable arc in front of you.

Step 2: Strike each bowl 7 times in sequence, connecting each strike with a slow conscious breath.

Step 3: Breathe with the combined resonance for 7 to 8 full breath cycles.

Step 4: Hold the remaining resonance for 7 minutes. Sit quietly. Repeat daily or as part of a sound bath session.
